Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Review

The hiring team will review your application at this stage. If you are a potential match, we’ll reach out to schedule a call to discuss the role.
 
If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible through email.
Stage 2

Introductory Chat

In this 30-minute call, you will be meeting with our internal recruiter, who is your main point of contact for this role. The purpose of this call is to make sure we’re a match for each other and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions about the role, the company, the hiring process, and so on.
 
If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible after the call. We ask that you’d do the same if you don’t think the role’s going to be right for you.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

If things are looking good, we'll schedule a 60-minute interview with you and the hiring manager for the role. The purpose of this meeting is to understand more about your experience, how that relates to the role, how you would fit in with the team, and so forth.

We’ll be transparent and honest. If you have questions from the last call, make sure you ask them here. This whole process is about you qualifying us as much as it is about us qualifying you.

In preparation for this stage, we'll also request that you complete a formal employment application and provide professional references. (Note: We won't conduct background checks or reference verifications until a signed offer is on the table.)
