Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Review

The hiring team will review your application at this stage. If you are a potential match, we’ll reach out to schedule an on-site interview to discuss the role and learn more about you.
 
If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time around, we’ll let you know as soon as possible through email.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview

In this 30-minute interview, you will be meeting with our hiring manager. The purpose of this meeting is to make sure we’re a match for each other and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions about the role, the company, the hiring process, and so on. We also aim to understand more about your experience and skills, how that relates to the role, and how you would fit in with the team.
 
We’ll be transparent and honest. If you have questions, make sure you ask them here. This whole process is about you qualifying us as much as it is about us qualifying you.
Stage 3

Offer and State Approval

Once we're both aligned, we'll make you a formal offer and walk you through the agent registration and the fingerprint background check with the state's cannabis commission. You will need to submit all required documentation directly to the state, but we’ll guide you through the steps.

The state can take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks to approve your application. As soon as they give the greenlight and send us your agent badge, we’ll schedule your start date.
